There are lots of different sizes and styles of tin cans found at Michael's & Roberts. I chose this particular size--it fits the standard recipe cards. You will need scrapbook paper and any other accessories to decorate the can and mod podge to seal it.

This was my favorite craft on the table. I love it when crafts are practical. This is something that can aid in homemaking skills, and is something that they can keep for a lifetime, unlike many of the other things that will go out of style. Great idea!
